This popped up today on the WoW Insider site and having heard a bit about it before, I think it may be fun.

basically if you follow the links you will see a list of rules such as you can only use grey/white items as you level, no talents no raids, bgs, dungeons, no potions or professions, no guilds, no groups ect. basically try to get from 1-85 with only white and grey items. However there is a catch you have 1 life once you die you have to then delete the toon and start over.

Think im going to try it have a name place hold warrior although I did follow a link in the comments section to a forum website for this and after plugging into the RNG I did end up getting a Gnome lock (after I got Druid, pally and shammy first) So may start one and try it.

Two questions first Aizi are we going to duo this challenge? And anyone else want in?

Hate to burst your bubble (unless you were just kidding around), but according to the rules you can't duo with Aizi. No groups.

Diablo 2 had a Hardcore skill mode. In HC you got ONE life. Your first mistake was your LAST. I found the siren call of that ultimate challenge impossible to resist when I played.

And I've thought many times that if there were a "Hardcore Realm" in WoW where there were no graveyards or spirit healers and maybe not even player rez spells that it would inevitably suck me in like a black hole.

So no I will not be joining. I'm far too OCD to add another time-sink to my already crowded plate. The LiL Punters and Gnome Squad One (and D2 Redux) are my current projects I'm trying to focus on.
