I managed to tank Sha of Fear (last boss on Terrace) on my 'lock, so it's certainly manageable if you know what you're doing. The fear I generally get, when healing or tanking, are the people who nitpick every single tiny thing, blaming it all on one person who may or may not be lower than them, all perception, when the problems could something else entirely.

Guys, I've been experiencing a pain attack since Wednesday. It's so bad I was sent home from work today by my supervisor.

The pain is overwhelming. Like I'm being crushed and burned at the same time. Even two vicodin every four hours has had no impact.

I'll study the fights but please consider me tentative for the LFR. I may be in no condition to play the game let alone tank a raid.

Yeah dont worry about us Dyna, take care of yourself first. You cant have fun when youre in pain like that.

Also I'm no professional but it sounds like your pain might be neurologically based? If so, in addition to whatever medications your doctor is prescribing for you, you might try increasing your intake of foods and supplements containing water soluble vitamins B6, B12 and Omega 3, and see if it helps. Deficiencies of these nutrients have been linked to a number of neurological issues. Also vitamin E is known to reduce inflammation in the body, and might be beneficial.

Examples of foods containing these nutrients include: Beef Liver, Wild Fish (not farm raised), Skinless Chicken, Swiss Cheese, Almonds, Peanut Butter, Ready to Eat Breakfast Cereals, Bananas, Broccoli, Tomatoes, and Eggs.

Good luck, and hope youre feeling better soon!

Thanks Forbs! Your thinking aligns with my physician's.

They are also checking me for kidney stones but I'd be surprised if I have one. The symptoms don't match.
