I've been playing retail wow since shortly after the launch of WOTLK. I met my fiance in game in a guild on Proudmoore. She was a big time progression raider and due to her work schedule quit playing mid Pandaria. So I was trying to find that special something to get the magic back in my gaming. Before she and I met I had been a casual RP'r on Steemwheedle Cartel. So while thinking about getting back into Rp'ing I found G4 via the webcomic. When I saw it was based on a real guild I immediately sought out the website, rolled on the realm, moved some gold and heirlooms over and sought out signing up.

Well now I'm here. I'm 46, female, heavyset, a lover of Battlegrounds, a big fan of gnomes( Hey, Chromie pretends to be one of us how cool is that?) and I am formerly the one class I wish we gnomes could be .. a Hunter. Ok, stop booing and yelling huntard. I have done all kinds of things career wise from janitorial to novel networking engineer. Due to health issues (unexplained fainting spells Stanford couldn't figure out) I'm permanently retired on SSI. I play whenever my partner is working or sleeping. I am so glad to be in this guild, and looking forward to many hours of Gnomish fun and our efforts to reclaim our city!

Finian here. I play Babacool; Asturias; Bloodjacket; Grapeshot; and Temura. Baba (hunter) and Temura (Paladin) are in The Reserves.

65 years old. Raised on sailboats and sailing ships until I was 13. Sailed the Pacific as far north as Vancouver; as far south as Pitcairn Island. Lived in the Marquesas Islands and the Society Islands, and landed as far west as the Cook Islands. Returned to San Francisco and was imprisoned in public schools until my folks decided I'd do better at a boarding school in the Sierra Nevada foothills, run by the Society of Friends (Quakers). Graduated at 17. Refused military conscription while working for an anti-war group called The Resistance. Indicted twice and tried 3 times in 18 months for violations of the Selective Service Act. Sentenced to 7 years in Federal Prison. Convictions overturned a year and a half later. Apprenticed as a professional bookseller and buyer, and spent 45 years doing that. Last company I worked for collapsed due to corporate idiocy, and have been out of work now for 2 1/2 years. I live in a small cottage with a big yard near the coast in Santa Cruz, California. 2500 books in the cottage. :) Watch a lot of world football (soccer) - usually teams from the Isles and Europe. Favourite team is Portsmouth; favourite player is Brad Friedel. Completely fanatical about book design and typography.

I enjoy playing Warcraft, of course, and I've enjoyed the online company of all of you. Please call me Finian or Fin in game chat if you wish.

Hi, my name is Pindrop and I've been playing on WrA for about two years. Must admit I've been a hardcore Horde loyalist for quite some time but the loyalty has been wearing thin the last year or so and my original love of Gnomes has been tugging at my heart strings. I am a war torn vanilla WoW vet, having played a Gnome Warlock for eons (am thinking of transferring her to WrA). No matter how hard I try to give up this game, I never can. Something always draws me back!

I raid, pvp, herb, mine, fish, lollygag but ultimately RP. If there is no one to roleplay with, I RP with myself. It is totally possible. Pindrop is obsessed with learning the science behind Chi and is convinced she can harness its healing powers to measures brain waves which can then be used as feedback on brain activity to teach self-regulation. In short, treatment for PTSD. Just think of all the PTSD in WoW!! How she will actually execute her plans remains to be seen. At the moment, she is a lowbie who drinks too much and spends more time with her pet pig, Hamlet, than she does with actual people. :\

As for me in RL, my name is Jennifer and I am 36 years old. I am a Rehab Therapist who works with mentally and physically challenged adults. There is no better job on the planet . I live with a fiance, dog and two cats.

I am very excited to be in this guild and look forward to meeting and playing with everyone. I can be a bit shy and quiet at times but it does not take much for me to come out of my shell. This lil gnome wants to truly participate and be an asset to G4 and if I can help in any way, just let me know!

Aldon jr. here, Stephen IRL. I'm 26 years old and played in Vanilla and BC before being so completely burnt out that I sold my account on the black market (bad idea in retrospect). I came back in Cataclysm and haven't been able to find the right spot for me and I get the feeling this is it. I've been an officer in an RP Guild before which lead to the burn out, and while I have no interest in really taking that sort of responsibility again, I would love to help arrange some RP around here, as I've already got some ideas for cool RP.

IRL, I live in St. Louis and I'm a member of the cast of the St. Louis Renaissance Faire where I play a Landsknecht soldier. The Faire takes place mid-May to mid-June and since I'm mostly a weekend player, I usually don't play much during that time period.

Hi My name is Mark and I'm a giant in real life. I'm 42 and 6'8". I'm single, work in IT, and I love gnomes.
I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I'm into gaming, mostly WoW but also other PC and Xbox games like NHL series, GTA series, RPG type games and turn based strategy games. I used to be into a lot of stuff when I was younger like: pen and paper D&D, live action role playing ;) as well as other types of roleplay (cyberpunk, shadowrun, gurps, heroes unlimited, call of cthuluhu, you name it, I probably played it) but full time job and wow keep my days full now. :) Aside from gaming I enjoy board games, movies, camping, alcohol, socializing and having a good time! I'm bilingual, having come from Poland when I was 10, so my Polish is a bit rusty but serviceable.
